About Me
I started collecting in 1962. Started out doing everything...mostly current. Then went into collecting all Dimes and all Varieties of Dimes. I also am doing the Classic set, which is Buffalo Nickels, Mercury Dimes, Standing Quarters, and Walking Half Dollars. I also have a Complete Nickel Basic Set 1866 to date going. And last but not least I a'm doing a Everyman Type Set using Varieties whenever possible.

  • I just acquired this new 1941-S/S Unlisted RPM. As you can see from the photos that this RPM resembles the RPM-3 (shown), but the position of the MM is different. On the RPM-3 the MM is parallel to the rods that are banded together with the axe head. Whereas this new unlisted RPM the MM is rotated clockwise.

  • Anybody else here remember Teletrade Auctions? When it started out it wasn't even on-line. You would get the catalog in the mail and call in and key in your code on the phone, then key in the item number and your bid amount. Then you would have to call in from time to time to see if you were still high bidder.

Those were the days. Kudos to Ian and his staff for what we have now!
