In recent years, I've expanded my collecting to include many of the modern issues with different finishes like reverse proof, enhanced uncirculated and the modern commemorative series (Unc). I've really enjoyed some of the releases like the 2014 Kennedy 4 coin silver set and the 6 Coin 2023 Morgan and Peace issues. When the mint didn't issue 2023 commemoratives, was really hoping the modern commemoratives would end, so I could have a definitive ending to the series. Unfortunately, new commemoratives were issues in 2024 as well as 2024 Morgan & Peace dollars. I've decided that in 2026 after the release of the 250th celebration coins, I will stop adding new issues to my sets. I think this will give my collection a good book mark and allow me to fill in holes without worrying about new releases.
That being said, what is your cutoff date in your collection?
