- MeantToBeSpentthere's plenty even worse in fs holders, but it seems standards on these alternate between 8 easy years and 8 tight years, so it just depends on when it was graded. I wouldn't crack it out right now. Guess the grade would be a bit easier if we also knew when the coin was graded.there's plenty even worse in fs holders, but it seems standards on these alternate between 8 easy years and 8 tight years, so it just depends on when it was graded. - Gumby[Vintagecollection1] Now that I realize how poorly gold gets a "pass" I have improved my grading of them by lowering my standards. If i want to buy gold I will raise my standards back to normal.[Vintagecollection1] Now that I realize how poorly gold gets a "pass" I have improved my grading of them by lowering my standards. - Jabshier1[Vintagecollection1] count me in too , I can’t grade gold good either ! I tend to under grade it all time due to distraction marks on it … like few of saint gaudens $20 … I’ve seen a few that looked more like AU condition they turned out to be MS63 ![Vintagecollection1] count me in too , I can’t grade gold good either !
