If you Google GR-x and the date for this series (example: GR-13 1838).....a link to PCGS photos of the dies that go with that variety show up.

- I'd say it takes it down half a grade point, although technically it's as struck, so shouldn't matter...Somewhat similar to MS Barbers with the planchet roller marks. Those don't seem to affect the grade too much....?
