I've just acquired this [coin:a6a4c83e-a4f9-11ee-9f22-060e37a4c43f]. Another one for my 1878 proof set. Still need a dime, half and a Morgan if anyone has one. 🤔😉
This coin came out of my 1879 proof set and was a pcgs pf64 cac legacy. In the video I call it a cameo (even though it wasnt) and low and behold cacg apparently agreed and upgraded this beautiful Morgan proof to a pf64 cameo.

I’ve been acquiring these for almost 10 yrs now because of my family’s connection to the mint/museum.Need them all, hopefully some of my duplicates will end up in museums & some I have already given to relatives.John Blackman who is on this list of depositors in 1837-‘43 is also listed as the 2nd largest depositor of gold in May 1861(the only other list of depositors I can find).
The ‘61 is the last of the $5’s I need & hard to find.If you are interested in selling please contact me at [email protected].
Have $ will travel for right price.Thanx,Edgar
