There are a couple of reference books:
Frank Rose has a pamphlet sized book (54 pages) titled "Chopmarks" published in 1987 and a reprint done half a dozen years later, the reprint has inferior graphics in the print, so look for the original. very hard to find, I've yet to acquire a copy in a decade of keeping an eye out.
