- Well I lost an auction tonight. I was pretty confident going in. The particular coin and grade is considered common but I havent seen one I've liked enough to pull the trigger on in years. Thought I put in a sufficiently high bid that was borderline regret territory. Lost by just a few bucks. It's getting rough out there.Well I lost an auction tonight. I was pretty confident going in. - lermishI won mine today but had to pay more than I expected. It hurt even more because they closed it with me winning and then opened it back up for a late bid and it then went up 3 more increments before I took it down.I won mine today but had to pay more than I expected. - Another suggestion is that the suggestion group should be bookmarked at the top of the groups along with the other official groups. I only found this through a link from Ian's post on the pcgs forums.Another suggestion is that the suggestion group should be bookmarked at the top of the groups along with the other official groups. - I found out that you can't send a message to people who are not your friend. A member had a coin posted for sale and I couldnt send them a message about it until they added me as a friend. I would suggest. that anyone should be able to message anyone. I would feel more comfortable adding only people I know as friends, but in the current state I feel compelled to accept every friend request in case someone is trying to contact me.I found out that you can't send a message to people who are not your friend. - Hi - sorry - there are many negatives with allowing messaging between everyone. I strongly recommend only accepting friend requests from people you know.Hi - sorry - there are many negatives with allowing messaging between everyone. - I believe being able to message someone not friended is vital. FB puts these in a slightly different area if they feel the message might be low priority. For fb group function it’s critical part of workflow. LinkedIn addresses this with an acrued free and paid credit system. eBay also allows anyone to be messaged with optional specification of context. Ig also allows it for the most part if following.I believe being able to message someone not friended is vital. - Ian, one way to do this is to let a user specify if they want to allow messages from anyone. This way, dealers and people selling coins can have that option checked. And buyers will be able to message them.Ian, one way to do this is to let a user specify if they want to allow messages from anyone. - Let me think about those options - in the meantime, we are going to have a system for Group owners to message members - that's being worked on soon.Let me think about those options - in the meantime, we are going to have a system for Group owners to message members - that's being worked on soon.

- Elite messages from non-friends may be suited for a separate area or category by default rather than given same priority and placement. Receiving party can choose to never review it and/or keep it out of sight out of mind, and also to mute/silence the sender / thread if desired as a feature. If the disallow toggle is off by the default for a new user I think this toggle for messages from non-friends could work. Both FB and LI have their way of categorizing non friend messages differently and I think that is the most effective way of addressing peer to peer communication while still allowing some flexibility for the unexpected.[Elite] messages from non-friends may be suited for a separate area or category by default rather than given same priority and placement. - Is there a certain place to post questions/feedback on site functionality? What does "under allocated" mean in inventory? Also, I see "want list" greyed out in my menu - I would like to learn about this feature. Is there a certain place to post questions/feedback on site functionality? - 100% agree - we'll have the group or page worked out by morning. And will answer these then as well. This was my to do list for the last couple of days - but I've been having too much fun with the website to get to it. Todd - let's chat first thing and get this set up. - I am still way behind in my workshop, but have some more new coin trays in the works and a fresh batch of lumber.
Also - I need your ideas. I have been trying imagine a design for a literal "box of 20." A box that also incorporates or transforms into a display piece. Have been looking at jewelry boxes and "sea chests" for inspiration but nothing firm yet. I welcome any input.I am still way behind in my workshop, but have some more new coin trays in the works and a fresh batch of lumber. Also - I need your ideas. I wonder if there are more interesting ways to do it.I could do a box with removable 4-coin trays (5x) stacked on top of each other. Something like this picture. - What if you do smaller 4 coin trays that have a rail system to slide in and out of the sea/treasure chest? Basically like one of the old velvet lined coin boxes but turned on its side? What if you do smaller 4 coin trays that have a rail system to slide in and out of the sea/treasure chest?
