- IanRussellCncorwin Good question. I'd like to say our advanced marketing. But it's not that. Coins are great value compared to other collectibles (such as sports cards), so we're seeing some new coin collectors moving from other categories. Back in 2000-2003, there was a huge number of new collectors that came into the market from the Statehood Quarter series. I'm seeing some of those collectors turning into more serious buyers now they are older and have more money. Also - stock market is at a high again, so we saw this last peak that people took some money off the table and bought coins. It's a combination of things I guess.[Cncorwin] Good question. - FriendlyEagle7IanRussell are you familiar with Masterworks.com ? They buy very high end art and their members can buy fractions of them like stocks. I'm surprised they or anyone hasn't done this with coins yet.[IanRussell] are you familiar with Masterworks.com ? They buy very high end art and their members can buy fractions of them like stocks. You sure don't see many Gem Red PCGS 1955 DDOs!Kind regards, GeorgePeaks in the S&P 500, the Dow, the Nasdaq, and BTC, as well as many things AI (such as NVDA and AMD) all have animal spirits running high ... but be sure to take some profits and keep your powder dry.
