2015 UK 5th Portrait (Jody Clark) Royal Shield 50 Pence DDO?

A recent find in a Fifty Pence coin hunt this coin has a lot of doubling on The Queen's portrait & Jody Clark's initials. The obverse lettering is very thick in places suggesting a worn die stage or machine doubling.
