1. Navigate to "My Sets" from the toolbar.

2. Select the set, or sets, that you want to retire.

3. Select "Retire" from the top toolbar.

4. Opt to "Leave allocated coins as active" or "Mark allocated active coins as sold."

  • Please note: this action may affect other sets with allocated coins, as they will be removed from those sets.

Key Considerations When Retiring a Coin Set:

1. Retiring a Set:

  • Ensure the set has one or more coins allocated.
  • You can retire a set by removing its active status. If it has no allocations, it will be deleted instead of being retired.
  • Optionally, mark the coins in the set as sold during retirement, though it's not mandatory.

2. Viewing Retired Sets:

  • Retired sets are still visible but are indicated with a retired icon before their names.

3. Managing Retired Sets:

  • You have the option to remove retired sets if needed.
  • You can edit meta-data like the set's name and owner comments, but allocations cannot be modified post-retirement.

4. Recording Retirement Stats:

  • Stats at the time of retirement are recorded and displayed in a new section when viewing the set details.

5. Set Leaderboards:

  • The set leaderboard is divided into two sections:
  • Current Leaderboard: Contains only active sets.
  • All-Time Leaderboard: Includes both active and retired sets, displayed if necessary to prevent duplicating the current leaderboard.

6. Set Category Stats:

  • Retired sets are counted in set category stats. For instance, if "Modern Dollars" indicates #sets: 6, this includes both active and retired sets.

7. Creating New Sets Based on Retired Sets:

  • You can create a new set with the same definition as a retired set.
  • However, you cannot allocate coins from the retired set to the new set, preventing the creation of multiple retired sets with the same coins.
