MyCollect Guess the Grade Competition Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply for the 2025 Q2 Season with start and end dates as defined in the contest period below.

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 13 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of MyCollect LLC, its affiliates, shareholders and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. There is no purchase necessary. Your chances of winning do not increase with a purchase.
   
   
2. Agreement to Terms: By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
   
   
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 and ending Monday, June 30, 2025 at midnight Pacific Time.
   
   
4. How to Enter: To participate, play the competition version of Guess the Grade on the MyCollect website at www.mycollect.com.  Each account on MyCollect can enter one time by playing the game and MyCollect’s software will ensure only one entry per MyCollect account.
   
   
5. Prizes: Aside from bragging rights, the winners will receive a special 2025 Silver Eagle pedigreed as “MyCollect 2nd Quarter Winner” and graded PCGS MS-70. Limit one prize per MyCollect member.  If a single MyCollect member wins in more than one category, they will be awarded for the top ranking of a prize category (and in this order, in the case they tied in multiple categories).
   
   
   1. Highest Rank
   2. Highest Accuracy - must be in the Top 100 leaderboard
   3. Fastest Grader - must be in the Top 50 leaderboard
   4. Most Coins Graded - this covers all modes, comp + practice + education mode including reset sessions
   5. MyCollect Choice - must be in the Top 100 leaderboard, decided by MyCollect staff.
   
   The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by MyCollect LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prizes are non-transferable.
   
   
6. Disqualifications: Individuals who maintain multiple MyCollect accounts or act dishonestly to increase their chances of winning, in the sole opinion of MyCollect management, will be disqualified.
   
   
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The Guess the Grade leaderboard is updated in real time showing the Highest Ranked Participants, Highest Accuracy, Fastest Grader and Most Coins Graded.  The leaderboard is determined by a combination of:
   
   
   1. Must have reached the minimum number of coins graded (currently 250)
   2. Average Points for competition coins graded
   3. Plus a Bonus based on the number of coins graded and grading accuracy

   This means that higher-ranked players may have slightly lower accuracy if they have graded significantly more coins. The bonus is designed to reward consistency in grading. However, this bonus tapers off, ensuring that a player cannot reach the #1 spot on the leaderboard solely by grading the most coins.

   If you have not yet reached the minimum number of coins graded then a Virtual Rank is shown instead. This represents where you would rank once you have graded enough coins and if you retained the same accuracy.

   The winners will be notified by direct message through MyCollect from Ashlee Nixon [Username AshleeNixon on MyCollect] within 48 hours of the the Contest Period.  The winners will also be posted on the MyCollect [Official] page and Guess the Grade MyCollect Group. MyCollect LLC is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason.  Once we receive your full shipping information, MyCollect will send the Prize by United States Postal Service and you will be sent the tracking information by direct message through MyCollect.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, You understand and agree that MyCollect LLC, anyone acting on behalf of MyCollect LLC, and MyCollect LLC licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to use, reproduce, and distribute your entry (including your name, image, and likeness) for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless MyCollect LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway.

10. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the MyCollect LLC website.
