Went to link. On the flag side there is a die crack through the ornament under the flag also. I would call it an error coin. Some grading companies charge extra for that designation so perhaps it was just graded and not for the extra error designation. I had PCGS refuse the designation on one token after paying extra. Felt robbed.

Looks like later state die cracks. Check with the major TPG’s pictures to see if they have an early die state ones (pictures) to compare yours to. So in my opinion this could be an error coin.
