- Ian, The next time a Cheerios Dollar comes in "with the enhanced tail feathers" look for this die marker. They all have it. Many of these original Cheerios Dollar packaging "did not" have the dollar coin with the enhanced tail feathers in it. Many were just common circulated Sacagawea dollars. - We've seen some of these, that appear sealed, not end up being the Cheerio's dollar. The only way that I know categorically, is to open and view the reverse feathers.
