- I have discovered two new varieties of ME Hart Gold tokens. Brian Koller researched and developed the MEHARTGOLD.COM website which is the Bible of the famous Harts’ Coins of the Golden West series. He has confirmed both new varieties of which are unique. One is listed already on his website as CIOH-4 under California Indian Octagonal 1/2. View second photo below. Brain also recently confirmed my second new variety find and has given it a variety designation of AIOQ-6. Date of 1860 with AIOQ-5 obverse muled with AIOQ-1 reverse. I plan to submit this new variety to one of the grading services shortly. I wanted to share these here for those that may be interested. Thanks for looking
