  Is there any way to add coins to the database without filing a police report? Recently had an ebay coin that was delivered to address in wrong zipcode and has of yet not been returned to me, or the original purchaser. Its a cheap coin, and shows as delivered by tracking so there isn't much the PO or anyone will do, but I would like to get the Cert in the database.
