The star find was the 2018 Taylor of Gloucester. The 2008 Britannia's are the key date of the modern sized Britannia 50p's.

Finds from a recent £100 Fifty Pence Coin Hunt from a local Post Office. The 2018 Peter Rabbit & 2017 Sir Issac Newton 50p's are the star finds from this hunt & are both worth more than face-value.

United Kingdom 1992 BUNC Mint Set

One of my favorite UK Royal Mint sets as it has 2 NIFC's & one of the rarest 50p's ever issued for circulation in the UK. The NIFC's are the 1992 Britannia 50p & the large sized 10p coin (last year it was minted & demonitized in 1993).
The 1992-1993 EU Presidency 50p is the rarest of the larger sized 50p's made for circulation with just 109,000 minted for circulation. The BUNC & proof versions of this 50p are not quite as valuable as the standard circulation issues but still have a good premium to them (£30 to £40ish).

A bit of British social history that I got in a mixed world banknote lot from Ebay. A Old Age Pension Order slip dated 5th May '11, most likely printed in 1909 or 1910 due to it having King Edward VII's portrait on it.
