[GeorgeM] What would you want in a set? There are so many different ones, challenging to figure out how to make a set.

[ToddPollock] Well, I'm collecting all of them (with the exception of the KKK dollar and a few others that I have no interest in). But, I would imagine the complete set is probably not a very competitive category (and that a few collectors like Jeff Shevlin probably have me trounced there). So, I was thinking: 1) Sets by composition: all the aluminum, all the copper, all the bronze, all the silver, and a composition sampler set (1 aluminum, 1 copper, 1 bronze, 1 silver, 1 gold, 1 rubber). 2) Sets by event type: IE; all the centennial medals, all the US expo medals (some overlap there), all the monument medals.

I added to the 1915 set. Thanks for pointing me there! Waiting for a few more of my 1915 pieces to grade or import and I'll be at around 40% completion of that set. The 1892-93, 1904, and 1933-34 World's Fairs would be similar ones where a type set with US commemoratives + So-Called Dollars would also make sense.
